With more than two decades of real estate experience, Vicky leads the Piper team with a foundation built on integrity, diligence, and a heart for serving others. A Dayton-area resident since 1993, Vicky brings extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach to helping clients reach their real estate goals. She has also served as a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider for 15 years.

Cameron Piper | Realtor

After selling his landscaping company, Cameron joined Vicky in 2023 to help establish Piper Real Estate Group. He brings a proactive, client-focused approach to real estate and is committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Whether helping local buyers and sellers or working with clients relocating to the area, Cameron values responsive communication, creative problem-solving, and going the extra mile.

Natalie Correa | Realtor

A lifelong Dayton-area resident, Natalie brings a unique combination of ministry, marketing, and real estate experience to the team. After spending several years in full-time ministry, she transitioned into real estate with a continued passion for helping people navigate significant life decisions. Her marketing background and people-first approach allow her to bring both strategic thinking and genuine care to every client relationship.
